Gilmore Girls Guy: What's Salieri's take on Idaho high school football?

After reading anecdotes from the celebration on Broad Street after the Phillies won yesterday, this was the most appalling thing I read today.

Dad was telling me about an 8th grade team that had the center hand off the ball to the Qb, after making a funny face and acting as if the ball had soemthing wrong with it...and then the qb tucked it and ran 58 yards for a touchdown...kinda seems like shady play but apparently in the rule books it was a "legal hike" of the ball...
